Job Description :

A leading company looking for an experienced Superintendent in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Supervise for the smooth running of the hostels, messes and other facilities within the hostel. 
• Plan for upgradation and maintenance of Facilities in the hostels. 
• Ensure the security of the students by coordinating with the security officer and staff. 
• Develops, plans, and implements schedules for rigging crew in alignment with customer direction. 
• Directs workforce to meet operational goals in terms of volume, cost, quality, safety, and schedule. 
• Directly supervises one or more foremen, leads, and admin. 

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum one year experience in the same field. 
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Excellent Management skills.
