Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Call Center Agent in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Responding promptly to customer inquires.
  •  Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system.
  •  Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software.
  •  Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  •  Processing customer requests and complaints.
  •  Follow up customer calls where necessary.

Job Requirements:

  •  High school diploma.
  •  Excellent data entry and typing skills.
  • Minimum One year experience.
  •  Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
