Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Executive Secretary in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
  •  Manage the Executive's calendar, work proactively to prioritize.
  •  Alert manager about cancellations or new meetings.
  •  Serve as department liaison to administrative staff in Executive offices.
  •  Create and provide materials as necessary for agenda.
  •  Submit for expense reimbursements for executive travel.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Good communication and negotiation abilities.
  •  Excellent organizational and time management skills.
