Job Description :
Urgently looking for an experienced Executive Secretary in UAE.
Job Details:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
- Manage the Executive's calendar, work proactively to prioritize.
- Alert manager about cancellations or new meetings.
- Serve as department liaison to administrative staff in Executive offices.
- Create and provide materials as necessary for agenda.
- Submit for expense reimbursements for executive travel.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma.
- Two years experience in same field.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
