Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

  • Analyse and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability and establish the upselling plan.
  • Organise marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes.
  • Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control ,  sales and wastage.
  • Motivate the staff and build the team work.

Job Requirements:

  • Smart and strong personality with excellent communication .
  • Have experience in the GCC. 
  •  Long experience in casual restaurants.
  • IT skill.
