Job Description :
Urgently looking for an experienced F&B Coordinator in UAE.
Job Details:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Manage the organization as well as the service of the banquets.
- Maintain inventories of food & beverage as well as the equipment needed.
- Maintain an efficient program of scheduling to ensure a high standard of service.
- Forecast F&B revenues and expenses to ensure company goals are met on a monthly and yearly basis.
- Prepare monthly reports showing the results of the F&B department.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma.
- Two years experience in same field.
- Communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
