Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced F&B Coordinator in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Develop and implement policies and procedures.
  •  Manage the organization as well as the service of the banquets.
  •  Maintain inventories of food & beverage as well as the equipment needed.
  •  Maintain an efficient program of scheduling to ensure a high standard of service.
  •  Forecast F&B revenues and expenses to ensure company goals are met on a monthly and yearly basis.
  •  Prepare monthly reports showing the results of the F&B department.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Communication and leadership skills.
  •  Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
