Urgently looking for an experienced Guest relation Officer in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services.
  •  Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers.
  •  Address customer complaints and escalate to Manager when needed.
  •  Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services.
  •  Scan and file docs in appropriate unit drive and inter office to departments.
  •  Ensure compliance with health and quality standards.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  •  A customer-oriented and professional attitude.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Outstanding communication abilities.
  •  Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
