Looking for an experienced Guest Relation Agent in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Performs registering guests into the hotel and assigning appropriate room.
•  Coordinate with other sections front office and other department in the hotel.
•  Always follow up with department concern and confirm that the job is completed in shortest time possible.
•  Answer telephones promptly and courteously. Route calls appropriately.
•  Promote, explain the benefits, and enroll guests in Players Club membership.
•  Assist guests with casino event/promotion participation.

Job Requirements:

•  A High School Diploma.
•  Proficient computer skills.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Excellent communication skills.
