Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Chef in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Prepares menu and food preparation reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing food, dining, and customer data and trends.
•  Responsible for Hiring and training kitchen staff, such as cooks, food preparation workers and dishwashers.
•  Establishes and maintains a regular cleaning and maintenance schedule for all kitchen areas and equipment.
•  Supervise costing for each profit centre.
•  Prepares foods by operating a variety of kitchen equipment to measure and mix ingredients, washing, peeling, cutting and shredding fruits and vegetables, and trimming and cutting meat, poultry or fish for culinary use.
•  Prepares and cooks to order foods requiring short and broader preparation time.

Job Requirements:

• Strong Creative ability.
• Culinary diploma holder.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
