Catering Supervisor In Qatar

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Catering Supervisor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Ensures all food presentation and displays meet company standards.
•  Resolves guest complaints, with the assistance of department manager.
•  Make duty chart for waiters and allot sections to them.
•  Take the beverage order of the guest and provide all meal choices such as buffet & a la carte.
•  Prepare indents for F&B section as per the consumption pattern, and keep proper track of breakages, and maintain consumption reports and costs of the department.
•  Ensures food and beverage orders arrive timely.

Job Requirements:

•  Knowledge in Food safety is an advantage.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Strong supervising ability.
