Job Details:

•  Product ordering, preparation and execution.
•  Maintain the specific kitchen area clean and hygienic.
•  Maintaining quality control and proper rotation of all product in house.
•  Maintaining high standards of hygiene.
•  Production of restaurant stocks, sauces and braises.
•  Manage oven and stove time, assist other staff as needed.
