Job Description :

Requires an experienced Cost Controller in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Provide assistance in the preparation of the monthly project progress report with cost and schedule data.
•  Develop and update project cash flow reports, variance reports and monthly accrual reports.
•  Ensure breakdown of project cost.
•  Co-ordination with project manager for highlighting and deviation from budgeted cost.
•  Coordinate with contracts department for costing of the variations anddisputed claims 
•  Coordinate for timely Invoicing and Payment Collection from Customer.

Job Requirements:

• Good Communication skills.
• Minimum two to five years experience.
• Male candidates need to apply.
• Graduate holders preferred.
