Urgently looking for an experienced Chef De partie in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Prepares food items according to established recipes and menus.
•  Responsible for delegating the team on date tagging and hygiene in the premises. 
•  Monitoring of closing stock of each section and next day production planning and its execution.
•  To ensure that all equipment is clean and in good working order.
•  Leading by example is vital for this position.
•  Maintain quality of food (make sure plating standards are being followed).

Job Requirements:

•  High school education.
•  Excellent communication skills.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
