Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Sous Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Assist the Head Chef in the development of menu items as requested.
•  Enforce a safe work environment by upholding safety standards.
•  Wash and store dishes and perform other cleaning duties as needed.
•  Perform Chef duties in the absence of the Head Chef.
•  Able to make recommendations to the Head Chef regarding succession planning.
•  Ensure that associate meals and associate dining services are of a consistently high standard.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Strong administration skills.
•  Excellent communication skills and computer skills.
