Job Description :

A leading company looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Maintaining contractual claims in accordance with contract provisions.
  • Ensuring that subcontractors adhere to deadlines.
  • Submitting progress claims.
  • Preparing RA Bills for the Projects (Client and Sub Contractor bills) on Monthly basis.
  • Pricing of variations in site instructions Certification of subcontractors Writing departmental correspondence.
  • Maintaining subcontractor invoices and certifying payments.

Job Requirements: 

  • Minimum 10 years experience in the same field. 
  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
  • Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
  • Excellent IT skills.
