Job Description :

A leading company looking for an experienced Construction Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Conducts performance evaluations and recommends promotions and salary actions.  
• Manages the assignment of manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency, maintain schedules, and to meet budget   goals. 
• Anticipates and resolves various problems such as changes in scope, slippage of schedules, and budget overruns. 
• Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.
• Perform engineering duties in planning, designing, and overseeing construction and structures and facilities, project infrastructures   and process plant.
• Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or standards.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum 10 years experience in the same field. 
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Excellent IT skills.
