Urgently required Plant Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Monitor and direct daily and ongoing plant operations.
•  Prepare, plan and implement the annual operating and capital budgets as well as control of monthly operating expenses.
•  Develop a culture of open, honest, and valued communication and involvement of all team members.
•  Manage the operation in support of plant objectives including safety, quality, on-time delivery and profit for all areas and product lines.
•  Mentors, coaches, trains and develops team.
•  Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager to provide input on the preventative maintenance plan.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Must have previous experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Be smart and presentable.
