A leading company looking for an experienced Call Center Agent in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Provide members with excellent account, loan, and card service by telephone, e-Mail, and chat.
• Guide members toward and assist members with our on-line, mobile, and telephone banking services.
• Find new solutions for our members by forwarding leads to our investment, insurance, mortgage, and consumer loan   representatives.
• Contact leads and creating rapport by calling.
• Collect information from the customer on their software required in order to offer them the proper solution which will help them to   take correct product with complete knowledge.
• Explain features, advantages and benefits of software categories (adequate training will be given).

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum 2 years experience in the same field. 
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Excellent IT skills.
