Job Description :

Urgently required Contracts Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Maintaining contract files and updating activity in Salesforce (SFDC) and other workflow tools
•  Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
• Advising field teams and management of contractual rights, obligations, and provide interpretation of terms and conditions identifying solutions.
•  Assist with managing the Data Driven Payment process for assigned studies.
•  Prepare and present any exception requests, including price concessions and non-standard terms and conditions, to a committee of cross-functional internal stakeholders for review.
•  Monitor contract compliance with established procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Previous experience is preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent intepersonal skills.
