Urgently required Construction Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Responsible for managing contractors and directing subcontractors to ensure deadlines are met without operation delays.
•  Prepare project status reports pertaining to schedule, budget, and safety.
•  Manage contractors in the field and maintain project schedules and deadlines.
•  Monitor contractor's operation and production regarding safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
•  Monitor contractor performance as it relates to cost and schedule.
•  Coordinate designs with outside agencies, railroad operators and utility companies who are affected by the proposed construction projects.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 to 15 years experience.
• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
