Urgently looking for an experienced Reservation Agent in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Enthusiastically and with a smile, answer all incoming calls in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.
•  Collaborate with the Sales Department concerning group bookings.
•  Act as the initial guide for the guest and their experience.
•  Utilize the freedom to go beyond to take initiative to resolve guest complaints and create loyalty.
•  Handle all guests’ special requests in a professional manner.
•  Post advance deposits and keep accurate records of deposits.

Job Requirements:

•  High School diploma.
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Strong interpersonal skills.
