Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Commis 2 (Steakhouse) in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment.
  •  Menu planning according to the market requirement and availability..
  •  Controlling food cost without compromising on quality.
  •  Contribute to menu creation by responding and incorporating Guest feedback.
  •  Ensure the consistent production of high quality food through all hotel food outlets.
  •   Manage all aspects of the kitchen including operational, quality and admin function.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  •  Customer experience skill.
  • Minimum One year experience.
  •  Strong communication skills.
