Job Description :

Wanted experienced Commis 3 (Bakery) in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Ensure consistent great food production, in line with the high quality standards expected by Hilton.
  •  Contribute to Kitchen revenue through effective food cost control. 
  •  Provide support to the Kitchen brigade.
  •  Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/ menu.
  •  Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature.
  •  Demand estimation and production planning.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  •  Professional business and communication skills.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Great personal hygiene and grooming standards.
