Urgently looking for an experienced Commis1 (Indian Cuisine) in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Maintain quality & consistency. Adherence to the standard processes.
•  Develop recipes and determine how to present the food.
•  Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and functionality.
•  Order and maintain inventory of food and supplies needed to ensure efficient operations.
•  Measure and portioned the seasoning, condiments and ingredients for the cooking purpose.
•  Assisting and monitoring stock, including stock rotation.
•  Keeping all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Strong organisational skills.
•  Great communication skills.
