A leading company looking for an experienced Branch Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Manage pricing across all lines of business.
• Manage customer service and response time through Customer Retention Management system.
• Hire, train and develop all branch employees.
• Support day to day operation of the sales.
• Managing Agency Development managers, FCs, Agency Managers, PFCs and advisors.
• Motivate team to achieve their goal sheet and earn Incentives.
