Required Plumbing Supervisor

Job Description :

A leading company looking for an experienced Plumbing Supervisor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Maintains and performs preventative maintenance (PM) in accordance with established PM schedules.
• Communicates daily with supervisors and staff (via telephone and email) regarding facilities maintenance issues.
• Creates and maintains work logs in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
• Arranges work orders as they are received and completes in order of priority.
• Maintains stock inventory and orders materials as needed.
• Maintains and updates computer database once systems have been serviced and/or replaced Responds to requests for information by   accessing relevant facility files.

Job Requirements: 

• Ten years experience in the same field. 
• Degree/Diploma Holder. 
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Valid Qatar Driving License.
