Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced HR Executive in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations).
•  Responsible for scheduling mandatory trainings as required by state and CBH regulations.
•  Responsible for training managers how to edit and approve staff timecards and time off requests in Kronos.
•  Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
•  Responsible for updating the Kronos database as needed.
•  Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Solid communication skills.
•  Must have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
