Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Customer Care Representative in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Deliver increased sales against an assigned quota.
  •  Ensure adherence to product scripting in all customer communications.
  •  Fault resolution and raising tickets to the respective departments.
  •  Ensure quality of data captured from customers.
  •  Determine customer needs and develop sales strategies to meet those objectives.
  •  Report progress and metrics to operation and corporate teams on a weekly and monthly basis.

Job Requirements:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Female Filipino nationality needs to apply.
  • Fluent in speaking English and Arabic.
  • Experience in Real Estate preferred.
