Job Description :

A leading company looking for an experienced Chef in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Plans daily specials, meals for special events, holiday meals, and supervises the preparation of meals to ensure they meet company standards for   taste, quality and presentation.
• Engages resident participation in the Food Service program by holding monthly Chef Chats or other events and maintaining a presence in the dining   area to ensure resident and guest satisfaction with meals.
•  Evaluates food products and supplies to ensure that quality standards are consistently attained; works with vendors to improve deficiencies or    resolve issues.
•  Builds positive employee relations and consistently trains staff in all aspects of personal safety, food storage, preparation, presentation, and    cleanliness; applies company policies in a fair and consistent manner.
•  Schedules and coordinates the work of sous chefs, cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure maximum productivity and high standards of quality.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum two years experience in the same field.
• Diploma holder.
• Good communication skills in English.
