Urgently looking for an experienced Head Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Approve and “polish” dishes before they reach the customer.
•  Be fully in charge of hiring, managing and training kitchen staff.
•  Time and Attendance management for all Back of House staff.
•  Estimate staff’s workload and compensations.
•  Maintain records of payroll and attendance.
•  Maintaining/raising the foods profit margins for your employer.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
•  Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress.
