Wanted an experienced Production Supervisor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Creates and maintains training matrices of personnel and associated documentation.
•  Schedule job assignments and production while learning the role.
•  Interfaces with supporting departments such as Engineering and Quality Assurance.
•  Assist with conducting pre-production and pre-paint reviews with customers as needed.
•  Ensures adequate resources are in place for employees to perform daily operations, including materials, tools, and training.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years experience.
• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Good communication skills.
• Be smart and presentable.
