Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator in Qatar.
Job Details:
- Supporting HR function with an emphasis on record keeping, data entry and general HR tasks.
- Assisting the HR recruitment staff by assembling applicant folders, sending out emails and providing phone support when needed.
- Have to schedule interviews and do the coordination.
- Ensure scheduling of interviews within prescribed timelines.
- Ensure receipt of appropriate feedback by the interview panels.
- Ensuring a movement of profiles on real time basis for demand closures.
Job Requirements:
- Good Communication skills.
- Minimum two to four years experience.
- Female candidates need to apply.
- Strong Coordination skills.
