Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Supporting HR function with an emphasis on record keeping, data entry and general HR tasks.
  •  Assisting the HR recruitment staff by assembling applicant folders, sending out emails and providing phone   support when needed.
  •  Have to schedule interviews and do the coordination.
  •  Ensure scheduling of interviews within prescribed timelines.
  •  Ensure receipt of appropriate feedback by the interview panels.
  •  Ensuring a movement of profiles on real time basis for demand closures.

Job Requirements:

  • Good Communication skills.
  • Minimum two to four years experience.
  • Female candidates need to apply.
  • Strong Coordination skills.
