Maintenance Foreman Required

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Maintenance Foreman in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Assure cost-effective operations through proper care and maintenance of equipment, tools, materials, and supplies
• Assure adequate protection and proper operation of the District's buildings through regular inspections and routine maintenance and repair.
•  Assure sound maintenance and repairs through monitoring work crews and conducting follow-up inspections.
•  Maintain and make repairs to buildings, equipment, furniture, cabinets, doors, windows, framing, and grounds.
•  Provide technical assistance to maintenance and custodial crews.

Job Requirements:

• One year experience in the same field.
• Diploma holder.
• Good communication skills in English.
