Urgently required Store Controller in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Developing store strategies to raise customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
•  Develop business strategies to raise our customer's pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
•  Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
•  Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff.
•  Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.

Job Requirements:

•  Minimum of 10 years of experience.
•  Experience must be in Construction Firm.
• Valid driving license.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills.
