Urgently required Branch Manager in Bahrain.

Job Details:

• Manages branch in the absence of branch manager.
•  Manages and maintains a schedule of branch staff to ensure proper coverage and foster a motivated, diverse team environment.  
•  Supervises head teller and tellers in the manager’s absence.
•  Responsible for providing prompt, professional, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous member service.
•  Provides quality customer service through personal contact with customers and prospects in adherence to company policy.
•  Maintains updated knowledge regarding the bank's products and services and promotes appropriate products based on customer   needs.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years experience.
• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Good communication skills.
• Management and Planning knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
