We are looking for an experienced Spa Receptionist in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner.
•  Responsible for calling groups a week in advance to ensure all details are set.
•  Answered, screened and directed inbound phone calls. Take verbal and written messages.
•  Received and assisted clients and escorted them to correct destinations; offices, rooms or meeting rooms.
•  Handled general requests for information and data; handled delicate situations, such as - customer requests,   special needs and complaints.
•  Provided effective service blistering to customers and meeting their needs efficiently.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Utilizing organizational skills.
•  Strong computer skills and fast learner.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
