A leading company looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Ensure that restaurant service runs smoothly and that the staff is working efficiently and effectively.
• Facilitate communication between service staff and kitchen to ensure seamless operation.
• Identify and engage with regulars and VIP guests to make them feel a part of the family.
• Maintain discipline among the team.
• Rapport building with VIPs and regular Guests through mailers, telephone calls etc.
• Ensure implementation of all corporate guidelines issued from time to time.

Job Requirements: 

• Eight years experience in the same field. 
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Excellent IT skills.
