Urgently looking for an experienced Sous Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Taste and review products on a daily basis to ensure quality and consistency with preparation and    presentation.
•  Providing leadership to the team and motivating to obtain the results.
•  Manpower handling, planning & scheduling staff rotation.
•  Providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting.
•  Assist in monitoring the receiving of all product to ensure it meets restaurant standards.
•  Wastage & Cost control in food production without compromising in food quality.

Job Requirements:

•   High School Diploma.
• Two years experience in same field. 
•  Detail-oriented and organized.
•  Exceptional communication skills.
