Job Description :

We are looking for a Bread maker in Bahrain.

Job Details:

  • Refined sense of flavor, design, and execution of prepared desserts.
  • Propensity for recipe creation, costing, and implementation.
  • Knowledge of building a menu and evolving dishes to adjust for weekly and daily changes in product.
  • Ability to manage inventory and work towards full utilization of product and minimal waste.
  • Experience with use of alternative sweeteners such as honey and sorghum.
  • Thorough knowledge of naturally leavened and high hydration doughs.

Job Requirements:

  • Good communication skills.
  • High school diploma holder.
  •  Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
  •  Valid drivers license required.
