Looking for an experienced Chef De Partie in UAE.

Job Details:

  • Minimizing food spoilage and utilizing food surpluses.
  •  Ensuring that the items prepared, served are meeting Company standards.
  •  Control over production and wastage based on occupancy (comply with par levels).
  •  Put effort in optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality.
  •  Enforce strict health and hygiene standards.
  • Ensuring that all requests are executed to the fullest Satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  •  Culinary school diploma.
  • Minimum One year experience.
  •  Knowledge of best cooking practices.
  •  Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
