Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Clients, candidates and your team members to   create a partnership that delivers success and credibility. 
  •  Interview candidates to find best talent for our clients through interviewing methodologies.
  •  Coordinate with Ops branch for the vacancies to be filled up and conduct Recruitment accordingly as per   the time lines. 
  •  Willing to try different methods to headhunting, Sourcing candidate.
  •  Manage stakeholders in an effective way, work towards the highest level stakeholder satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  • Good Communication skills.
  •  Filipino, indian, Arab, Morrocan nationalities preferred.
  • Knowledge of Qatar Law preferred.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Interviewing skills.
