Urgently looking for an experienced Sous Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Providing leadership to the team and motivating to obtain the results.
•  Deriving strategy in line to achieve the budgeted goals of the company.
•  Manpower handling, planning & scheduling staff rotation.
•  Leading kitchen team and responsible for providing direction for all day-to-day operations.
•  Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards. 
•  Fill in for the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
•  Must have excellent leadership skills.
• Two years experience in same field.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Be a well skilled in the same field.
