Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Hed Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities.
•  Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages.
•  Be fully in charge of hiring, managing and training kitchen staff.
•  Estimat e staffs workload and compensations.
•  Inspect orders as they arrive to ensure completeness and quality.
•  Inspect equipment and identify maintenance issues.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
•  Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
•  Communication and leadership skills.
