A leading company looking for an experienced Construction Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job progress and budget.
• Schedule project activities and identify the most efficient means and methods.
• Negotiate terms of agreements and draft contracts including defining scope of work.
• Interface between the client and the company and thus to ensure good customer relationship.
• Responsible for the quality and HSE of the project as per the statutes and norms.
• Responsible for Vendor and labor mobilisation.

Job Requirements: 

• Ten years experience in the same field. 
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Holder.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Excellent IT skills.
