Job Description :

A leading company looking for an experienced Chef De Partie in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Ensure that his section is being kept clean and tidy at all times.
• Ensure that juniorcooks and trainees receive the right training and optimum guidance.
• Ensure that any anticipated shortages are communicated promptly to the Sous chef or head chef.
• Visually inspects, selects, and uses food items to the highest quality in preparing menu items.
• Checks and controls proper storage of product and portion control.
• Keeps all refrigeration, storage, and working areas in clean, working condition to comply with regulations.

Job Requirements: 

• Five years experience in the same field. 
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Excellent Presentation skills.
