Urgently looking for an experienced Chef De Partie in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations.
•  Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices etc.).
•  Put effort in optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality.
•  Allocation of work—Involvement in any special events within the outlets. 
•  Maintain quality of food (make sure plating standards are being followed).
•  Control over production and wastage based on occupancy (comply with par levels).

Job Requirements:

•  Culinary school diploma.
•  Demonstrated decision-making ability, leadership skills.
•  Proficient mathematical skills. 
• Minimum One year experience.
