Urgently looking for an experienced Chef De Cuisine UAE.

Job Details:

•  Ensure standards of preparation, quality, consistency and presentation of food in all outlets and Room Service.
•  Maintaining accurate inventory and ordering specialty items.
•  Create ongoing training documents to share with cooks and FOH that describe the dishes prepared in the   outlets.

•  Maintaining a high level of sanitation and safety in all areas of the Kitchen.
•  Maintain the highest level of employee/guest relations.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Good listening and verbal communication skills.
•  Demonstrated strong organizational skills.
