Job Description :

We are looking for a HR Manager in Bahrain.

Job Details:

•  Provides Union Avoidance training.
•  Provides training such as union avoidance, anti-harassment, etc.
•  Provides strategic direction and change management support over talent, culture, and continuous improvement.
•  Handles all types of employee inquiries and issues.
•  Serve as Project Leader in large scale projects in coordination with Business Partners/Corporate.
•  Collaborates with business partners while serving on plant leadership team.

Job Requirements:

• MBA holder.
•  Excellent communication skills. 
• Good organization skills.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
