Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Supervisor in Bahrain.

Job Details:

* Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if      the need arises

* Hire and train new employees

* Decide on reward and promotion based on performance

* Prepare and submit performance reports

* Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa

* Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching

Job Requirements:

* Good communication skills.

* Degree / Diploma Holder.

* Good knowledge of MS Office.

* Minimum one year experience is required.
