Required Mechanical Mep Manager

Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Mechanical MEP Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Ensure resource availability and allocation as per requirement of Schedule.
• Monitor& Tracking of Project Schedule w.r.t. Milestones and insuring completion of activities accordingly.
• Identifying areas of concern and taking corrective and preventing actions and suggesting viable solutions and carrying out   analyzing functions including identification of key trends in the industry.
• Responsible for providing Turnover/ Cash Flow and maintaining targets.
• Co-ordination for Subcontractor / Suppliers finalization, Comparative statements & SAP Validation.
• Review of Planning Reports & implementation of required inputs to improve Project Performance.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma holder.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Management Skills,
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
