A leading company looking for an experienced HR Supervisor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Take Inductions and various other employee welfare session.
• Responsible for Recruitment, Payroll, Performance Management, Statutory Compliance, Employee Engagement.
• Implement the concept of corporate culture of the head office, maintain and proactively create a more cooperative and cohesive   team spirit.
• Advancement and implementation of the employees KPI evaluation.
• Responsible for the processing of staff entry and departure procedures and the updating of relevant personnel forms.
• Statistics and management of staff attendance.

Job Requirements: 

• Five years experience in the same field. 
• Valid Qatar Driving License.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Only Male can apply.
